 Introduction to Mindfulness 6-Week Course

 

If you’re ready to step into the present moment, learn how to manage the stressors of life, and reconnect to your most authentic self, then this course is calling you.

We will be learning how you can feel…

more present in your body and with those who are around you;

less overwhelmed in your day-to-day life;

and calmness amongst the chaos..

 

 Course Details

This is a 6-week virtual course that will be delivered over Zoom (a video conferencing software). A daily commitment of 30-minutes is required for the duration of the course to truly experience the shifts and benefits that mindfulness can create in your life.

Beginning January 13th, 2022, every Thursday for 6-weeks.

Time: Thursdays 7:00 PM - 8:15 PM EST

  • I understand that life can happen and things come up. If you’re going to be away, please email me at deejeancalder@gmail.com. Keep in mind that this is an interactive, experiential class, so if you need to miss multiple weeks, it may be best to wait and join the next round.

  • Due to the vulnerable and interactive nature of this course, the sessions will not be recorded. It is highly recommended that you attend all classes at the scheduled time.

  • I recommend having a chair and a quiet space where you feel safe to speak freely.

  • I am requesting that cameras be on unless there are extenuating circumstances. To cultivate a container where everyone feels safe to speak openly, it is important that we can see each other.
