Introduction to Mindfulness
This is a 6-week course designed for anyone who is tired of feeling tired and is ready to reconnect to their most authentic self. Stop letting life pass you by and step into the present moment so that you can truly begin to live. An intentional commitment is needed to begin this practice and transform.

Soul Coaching
Many humans have regular dysfunction in their life as a result of repressed emotions from long-held trauma. This is a safe space to begin to process and feel these emotions fully as we unlearn old patterns. It’s time to embrace the highest version of yourself.
